The villa has two levels, on the first floor there is a large open-plan dining room, kitchen and lounge with bifold doors that open to the garden and pool area.

There is also a large bedroom with en-suite and king bed. The second floor is the master bedroom (with ensuite & balcony) and an interconnected kids bedroom with a single bed and a toddler bed.

The sale includes approx. 2 are of vacant land to build an additional residence or office.

Please note that there is ongoing construction next door. Bali is experiencing significant development and as much as we can work with landowners and the banjar its is very hard to control hours of operation. The owner or agent of the villa cannot be help responsible or liable for surrounding construction that is beyond their control.
